This will be a hybrid position operating between both Westpac & St George
How will I help?
- Provide superior sales support to Equipment Finance manager and bankers in Westpac, St George & capital Finance.
- Be responsible for retaining and growing customer value by fulfilling customer needs and enquiries through unmatched services and achieving draw-down and sales targets.
- Work closely with the key internal stakeholders; such as Operations, Credit, Local Business Bankers, Relationship Manager, Equipment Finance managers to successfully contribute to a breakaway customer experience.
- Act to balance service levels, operational effectiveness, and quality and risk exposures.
- Have a passion for customers and improve their experience by focussing on improving the drivers of customer experience.

What do I need?
- A commitment to Customer Service and an urgency to back that.
- Strong track record in delivering sales results.
- Sound communication, time management & organisational skills.
- Knowledge or experience in Equipment Finance product and procedure/service.
- Effective relationship management skills.
- Business and financial acumen - Sound knowledge of Serviceability assessment is desired but not mandatory.
