Receptionist

The Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and personable Medical Receptionist to join our team. The Medical Receptionist is the first point of contact for our patients and clients, and as such, plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and possess a caring and compassionate demeanor.

Duties:

• Greet and assist patients and clients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
• Manage patient records and ensure their accuracy and confidentiality.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information as needed.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Perform general office administrative tasks as required.

    
About You:

• Previous experience in a medical receptionist or receptionist role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in office software and basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
