An exciting opportunity has become available in our Darwin dealership for a Service Receptionist to join our busy team.
About The Role:
Reporting to the Service Manager, this dynamic role involves a mix of meeting and greeting clients, phone-based customer service and administration. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Receptionist with a passion for customer service in a thriving and rewarding team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries efficiently
- Coordinate service and loan vehicle bookings
- Ensure administrative tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner
- Apply a strong attention to detail with a focus on providing an exceptional guest experience
- Other general office duties as required
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role required
- Well presented with exceptional interpersonal and customer relations skills
- Sound computer skills; experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Current Driver's License is essential
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound organisational skills and time management
- Strong data entry & administration skills
- Dedication to providing an exceptional experience to both internal & external guests
