Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet patients and visitors.
• Professionally manage incoming calls.
• Schedule and confirm appointments electronically.
• Verify patient information and insurance details.
• Handle payments and co-pays efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Provide information and assistance to patients.
• Facilitate communication among medical staff.
• Ensure patient privacy is adhered to.
• Assist with administrative tasks.
• Keep patient waiting times in check.
• Remain composed under pressure.
Qualifications:
• Previous medical reception experience is preferred but not necessarily required.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in computer systems and electronic medical records.
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced situations.
• Attention to detail in handling patient information.
• Flexibility to work Mondays to Saturdays, with every second Saturday off.
