Antunes Lawyers are looking to employ a full time receptionist in our North Sydney office.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and as the face and voice of the firm you will display a willingness to learn, a “can-do” attitude, have a friendly personality and act professionally and efficiently.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing the Reception area with duties included but not limited to:
- Handling all incoming phone calls in a courteous and timely manner;
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors;
- Preparation and management of incoming and outgoing mail, along with couriers;
- General office cleaning and maintenance of office supplies;
- Diary management; and
- Various administrative duties and ad hoc projects to support the team.

The successful applicant must have the following:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels and a strong client service focus;
- High attention to detail;
- The ability to multi task and juggle competing priorities;
- The ability to work autonomously, but also as part of the team;
- Be outgoing, well presented and 'can do' attitude;
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- A can-do positive attitude
