Our business is growing and so is our team. We are now looking to add an experienced and motivated Receptionist to our already amazing team.

THE ROLE

Based in our office in Camberwell, this role is all about taking our office operations through a premium customer experience, where you will partner with our clients to help their dreams come true.

This role is Monday – Friday from 9 am to 4.00pm, however there is opportunity for flexibility in the hours.

Within this role your responsibilities would include:

• Ensure MARQUE Studio is always presentable for client appointments.

• Provide excellent customer service and guidance to clients.

• Managing of incoming calls and checking of emails.

• Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends.

• Respond quickly and efficiently to all client enquiries in a professional manner.

• Knowledge of Marque Property Group specifications, promotions, and various projects.

• Offering customers water / coffee (coffee making skills will be highly regarded)

What are we looking for:

• Intermediate computer skills in particular, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
