Join Lumus Imaging as a Receptionist at our Radiology Reception based within Epping Diagnostic Imaging, MRI & PET Centre, including The New Epping Private Hospital due to open in February 2024. Embark on a rewarding career where customer service and exceptional phone manner are valued. Reception experience required, however, no medical experience necessary. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to work Part time hours Monday to Friday between 6.45am- 10pm including weekend shifts 8am - 4pm.
You will be responsible for all reception duties including:
- Customer service and care
- Make exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management
- Medicare billing and banking
