The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities in this role include:
- Answering, making and transferring calls from our clients;
- Processing outgoing and incoming mail;
- Safe Custody management when required;
- Providing a high level of administrative support including diary management and electronic file management; and
- Extensive interaction with potential and current clients
Experience/Qualifications Required
The successful candidate must:
- Have exceptional customer service skills;
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Pride yourself on your organisational skills, time management and attention to detail;
- Be proficient in MS Office suite;
- Be able to work full time.
