Your new company This private mental health provider assists with a range of services, programs and treatments to provide all levels of mental health care. Your new role
You will be sitting at front reception, greeting visitors and delivering high quality customer service via phone and email. You will also assist the practitioners with medical secretary duties such as billing patients, ensuring patient documents are correct and general administration duties. What you'll need to succeed
Your medical reception experience will be highly beneficial, as well as:
- Personable and professional communication
- High attention to detail
- Ability to empathise and handle difficult situations

- 8am
- 4:30pm or 5pm working hours
