AddressQLD Surgery Centre is a fast-growing surgical group based in Spring Hill. Our team consists of two Plastic Surgeons, a Head and Neck Surgeon (specialising in facial plastics) and a General Surgeon. We have a close-knit and supportive group of administration staff and nurses.
We are looking for a receptionist to join our expanding team. Minimum 2 years of medical administration is essential. The position will consist of 38 hours per week.
The right candidate needs to be a team player, be patient focused, have a friendly and helpful disposition, as well as great attention to detail.
Some of the position’s responsibilities include:
- Reception duties
- Theatre list co-ordination / organising extra theatre lists
- Preparing Informed Financial Consents/ taking surgical payments
- Requesting hospital and anaesthetic quotes
- Personal secretary to a surgeon
- End of day reconciliation
