The Role
This full time role is based in our Noble Park office. We are looking for an exceptional customer service professional, an officer of first impressions, who is friendly, outgoing and will provide excellent customer service to every client who encounters the office. A keen interest in Real Estate is essential.
The successful candidate will need to be naturally energetic, love multi tasking and taking responsibility for the continuous flow of important tasks required by the teams you will be supporting.
Regular tasks include
- Welcoming and greeting clients
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Administration support
- Other general reception/office tasks
Required skills:
- Excellence in presentation and customer service
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Time management and self management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work both autonomously and effectively within a team
- Knowledge of real estate an advantage, but not essential
- Vision for role longevity
An ideal candidate must have
- A desire to work with people
- An ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally as well as with many varied nationalities and cultures
- An ability to meet deadlines, even when sales people are demanding
This position is Monday to Friday (with the option of Monday to Thursday if preferred) 9.00am-5.00pm.
