We are on the hunt for our next Receptionist and Corporate Administrator to join our vibrant and energetic team full-time or part-time at our head office in Epping, Melbourne - Monday to Friday, in the span of hours 8a-5p.
This role will primarily focus on administrative support (mainly within the Human Resources department), as foot traffic in reception is minimal.
As you step into this role, your focus will be on the following responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet ad-hoc visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide administrative support to various departments (primarily HR)
- Assist with events and projects as needed.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (HR Information System/Database)
- Support recruitment activities and coordinate induction sessions.
- Manage uniform inventory and supplier communication.
- Assist with Training and Development execution: Learning Management System course creation, registration and reporting, as well as other ad-hoc training coordination.
We are looking for someone with experience in administrative support, ideally in a HR capacity. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- General understanding of core HR practices and principles (desired).
- Appreciation for confidentiality and secure record management practices.
- A strong sense of ownership and ability to organise and execute.
