Tasks and Responsibilities
- First point of contact for clients and visitors (face to face, phone, email)
- General reception and admin duties - requires a willing attitude and friendly personality
- Preparation of invoices
- General support for Surveyors, Town Planners and the Office Admin team
- Organise company social events.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will have -
- 1+ years experience working in an office environment
- Attention to detail, especially spelling, punctuation and working with numbers
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-presented and reliable
- A current driver’s license.
