About The Role
This is an exciting time to be joining their team, as they expand to meet growing patient demand. They are looking for someone committed to ensuring patients’ needs are being met and exceeded.
Core responsibilities include:
- Warmly and skilfully managing inbound communications via phone, the web and social media
- Professionally and responsibly maintaining a responsive and efficient schedule for multiple practitioners
- Sensitively handling enquiries from patients in need
- Welcoming and farewelling patients and their families with friendliness and warmth
- Tactfully and discretely managing payments and financial plan arrangements
- Hours: Standard full time business hours - Monday to Friday
You are experienced, driven and you are passionate about providing an amazing patient experience. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have mastered the art of multi-taking, time management and working autonomously. You are known for your high level of enthusiasm, you always move at pace and have a knack for building great relationships, not only with your team, but also patients.

Skills / Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a receptionist
- A people person
- Loves to get stuff done and to a high standard
- Positive “can-do” attitude
- Highly organised
- Capacity to plan ahead anticipating future needs
- Attention to detail
- Great at task and time management
- Ability to juggle a number of tasks simultaneously
- Strong work ethic, who is happy to be part of a high-performance culture and a great team player
- Experience as a receptionist in a premium dental or private medical practice
- As a dental assistant or other clinical role
