Job Description:
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, both in person and over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all interactions are handled with professionalism, efficiency, and a friendly demeanour. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to various departments within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
