Job description

Rochele is growing and we are looking for a receptionist to join our amazing team. 

The daily tasks include but not limited to:

  • First point of call on reception answering and directing phone calls
  • Booking and scheduling quote appointments
  • Managing several calendars
  • Supporting our estimating and supervising teams
  • Taking paint orders   
  • 9 day fortnight / 4.5 day week

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Administrative experience
  • Great computer skills (familiar with outlook, word, excel etc)
  • Quick learner and enjoy a fast paced environment
  • Be enthusiastic and reliable
  • The ability to work autonomously

Thorough training for the position will be provided in-house. You will be joining a team that has an incredible culture and knows how to have fun but work hard.
