Rochele is growing and we are looking for a receptionist to join our amazing team.
The daily tasks include but not limited to:
- First point of call on reception answering and directing phone calls
- Booking and scheduling quote appointments
- Managing several calendars
- Supporting our estimating and supervising teams
- Taking paint orders
- 9 day fortnight / 4.5 day week
The ideal candidate will have:
- Administrative experience
- Great computer skills (familiar with outlook, word, excel etc)
- Quick learner and enjoy a fast paced environment
- Be enthusiastic and reliable
- The ability to work autonomously
Thorough training for the position will be provided in-house. You will be joining a team that has an incredible culture and knows how to have fun but work hard.
