Established in 1986, HHH Partners is a progressive Chartered Accountants firm with offices in Emerald and Rockhampton.
Opportunity
Due to an internal role change, we are currently seeking a full time Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our team in our Emerald office. We are looking for someone willing and eager to provide support to our team and clients. You will be the first point of contact for the company and be responsible for key administration and reception tasks.
Duties
Working as part of the administration team your duties will include:
Welcome and direct guests arriving at our office
Liasing with clients both verbally and written, including dictations
Maintaining the client database
Handling & directing inbound telephone calls
Calendar management including booking appointments
Order and maintain supplies
Daily receipting of client payments and preparation of banking
Process electronic lodgements
Assistance with maintenance of corporate administration
About you
We are looking for a motivated team player who enjoys the diversity of a busy admin role. Some of the key attributes we will be looking for in the successful candidate include:
Excellent customer service skills with minimum of two years' experience in an office environment
Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
High level of interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise workload and multitask
Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
