Outrayjus is a QLD-owned and operated 3PL – warehousing & distribution Company, serving wine, beer & spirit manufactures and hospitality operators throughout Queensland and upper NSW.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our busy team. This role is suitable for someone with experience or at entry level. Suitable candidates will be seeking a long-term career within the company.
- Answering phone calls
- General customer service, including greeting clients and visitors
- Processing and printing of orders
- General office support to all divisions
- General office administration duties
- Ensure the Office and Rep Room are neat & tidy
What you will bring to the table:
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft products. CartonCloud experience is desirable but not essential
- Exceptional presentation, punctual, responsible, trustworthy and friendly
- Ability to work in a demanding and busy role both autonomously and within a team
- Previous experience as a receptionist/customer service is desirable
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with a variety of clients
- Be passionate about producing high-quality work with a commitment to on-time delivery and a “can do outlook”
- Approach every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices
- Previous warehouse or related work and alcohol brand/product knowledge advantageous
- Full working rights for Australia
- Able to provide a police clearance within 30 days.
