Full-time Receptionist/ Administration Position: The Gap/Samford Village
The Role
We are growing and need an additional team member. Receptionist and general administration skills preferably with experience .
The role we need you to help us with requires:
- First class telephone reception skills where you make people feel good to talk with you when they call;
- You enjoy following processes and thrive on ticking off a good list;
- You meet deadlines and maintain high accuracy standards to open and close client files, accurately entering information into our database;
We work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
Other duties include:
- Monitoring firm inboxes;
- Ensuring all public areas and office generally are neat and professionally presented;
- Invoicing and updating clients;
- Complying with Trust Account systems and statutory regulation;
- Completing dictations accurately and promptly;
- Providing administrative support to our various legal teams;
To progress in this position, you will need to demonstrate and deliver some preferably most of:
- Office administration experience
- Tech savvy – Experience with Microsoft Office, Leap, Microsoft Teams, and DSS Player Pro Transcription would be desirable. Our friendly team will help you on any aspects you are unfamiliar with.
