About the Role
This full-time role is the perfect opportunity for a recent school graduate or junior administrator motivated to advance their career in Administration, and expand their experience in a wide range of office administration, finance and customer service functions. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- General administrative support.
- Assisting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Inventory teams, including high-accuracy data entry.
- Greeting visitors / Reception.
- Telephone and email communication with customers and suppliers.
- Document collation, scanning, and filing.
What You Bring to the Role
Participating in a team environment that supports one another, the successful applicant will demonstrate their can-do attitude and willingness to learn and expand their knowledge. You will bring your:
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
- Excellent eye for detail.
- Sound mathematical skills.
- Good computer knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Motivation, positive and professional attitude, and ability to follow instructions, processes and procedures.
- Ability to work safely and take personal responsibility.
- Experience in administration, finance or customer service - highly regarded but definitely not essential.
