AddressPatterson Cheney Isuzu Trucks, Keysborough, is recruiting a front-of-house dealership receptionist and administrator. You will ensure the utmost professional care and prompt service by managing our switchboard and front desk reception area whilst supporting the administration team.
You will act as the dealership ambassador, the face and voice of our brand.
Key responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Maintain customer database
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and couriers, ensuring concise and timely communication.
- Maintaining and ordering stationery and other supplies as required
- Administration functions include purchasing, payouts, and invoice processing.
- Maintain the presentation of reception, lounge and other areas (as required)
- Distribution of daily incoming and outgoing mail
- General support to the administration and management teams
- Other ad-hoc duties
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills – first impressions count
- Sound written and numeric skills
- MS Word, Outlook and Excel knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Initiative, enthusiasm and a positive can-do attitude
- Neat, professional presentation
