About the roleThe Receptionist is a key customer service role within our Regis homes, warmly welcoming visitors and effectively responding to customer enquiries. Along with general administrative tasks, the receptionist plays an important role delivering positive service outcomes for existing and future residents, visitor's employees and volunteers.As a receptionist you will be responsible for:
- Answering all telephone enquiries
- Drive a mini bus with residents.
- Maintain files and documentation.
- General typing and data entry
- Support the admissions and customer service processes.
- Stationery ordering and petty cash management
- Assisting with staff rosters and training schedules
- Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area.

- High level of administration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization and other relevant stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- Aged Care experience desirable but not essential
