Fox Personnel has a client looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administration Assistant to provide secretarial and support services to the management.
Working in reception and also liasing with customers whilst looking after such tasks as Accounts Receivable, Typing Documents, Answering phones and redirecting calls etc Postage and other general Reception duties, will be the main aspects of this role.
You will need to be friendly, switched on and show attention to detail and be proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and Publisher computer programs. A drivers licence is also a requirement.
Duties include but are not limited to filing, document production, answering phones and redirecting calls etc.
This Role is Permanent Part Time -Mon- Wed 24 hours a week
