Balmer & Associates is a small law firm practicing solely in criminal law. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual for our front of house.

About the Position
Reporting to our practice manager, you will be a collaborative member of our team and will work on a variety of tasks, every day is different.
Full training provided and we have a great team who will offer support and guidance when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients, courts, solicitors and third parties
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Preparation of correspondence and court documents
- Administrative duties including email and file management
- Preparing and collating briefs
- General administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning documents, sorting incoming mail etc
About you:
- You have excellent organisational and time management skills
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have exceptional attention to detail
- You have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Written communication skills: Experience preparing basic letters, emails, and reports with clear, concise, and grammatically correct language.
Previous experience working in a reception/front desk role will be highly regarded. Any experience within a legal/criminal Law environment would be preferred but is not mandatory.
Salary negotiable subject to experience.
