About the Role
- First point of contact for our customers, providing an engaging and professional service as you guide them through their prospective journey
- You will be responsible for managing our reception area and be the first point of contact for guests and team members. This role is ideal for a friendly, positive person, who can multi-task with good administrative skills
- Demonstrate resilience and can manage potentially challenging conversations
- Manage appointment scheduling, issue notifications, and conduct reminder calls
- Provide administrative support to customer activities
- Keep accurate and timely records
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Maintaining office and kitchen supplies
- Schedule meetings and manage meeting room calendars
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of meeting rooms and office areas
- Assist with planning internal events
- Maintenance of the company asset register
- Other general administrative support and assistance with ad hoc projects, as required
Considerations
- To be considered, you will possess demonstrated experience in a similar role, you will have no trouble engaging, building, and maintaining great relationships with customers, customers families, and colleagues.
- Industry experience within the NDIS or Health Industry
- You will self-driven and reliable, with a proactive and positive attitude and exceptional communication skills.
- You are reliable and career driven and looking for opportunities to grow into more senior roles.
- You have a reliable vehicle that will pass a company inspection, driver’s license and comprehensive insurance.

Desired Qualifications and Experiences:
- Certificates, Licences, and 100 Points of Identification will be required at time of interview
- Minimum 1 year experience as an office Administrative Assistant or in a similar capacity
- Experience with Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
