Here, at Achievement Collective, we provide a wide range of NDIS services, keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do and working with them to achieve their goals, holistically, we provide in home and community access supports, including residential/domestic cleaning, home maintenance, and specialised support services such as Recovery Coaching and Support Coordination. 

About the Role 

  • First point of contact for our customers, providing an engaging and professional service as you guide them through their prospective journey 
  • You will be responsible for managing our reception area and be the first point of contact for guests and team members. This role is ideal for a friendly, positive person, who can multi-task with good administrative skills
  • Demonstrate resilience and can manage potentially challenging conversations
  • Manage appointment scheduling, issue notifications, and conduct reminder calls
  • Provide administrative support to customer activities
  • Keep accurate and timely records
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Maintaining office and kitchen supplies
  • Schedule meetings and manage meeting room calendars
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of meeting rooms and office areas
  • Assist with planning internal events
  • Maintenance of the company asset register
  • Other general administrative support and assistance with ad hoc projects, as required
     

Considerations 

  • To be considered, you will possess demonstrated experience in a similar role, you will have no trouble engaging, building, and maintaining great relationships with customers, customers families, and colleagues. 
  • Industry experience within the NDIS or Health Industry
  • You will self-driven and reliable, with a proactive and positive attitude and exceptional communication skills. 
  • You are reliable and career driven and looking for opportunities to grow into more senior roles. 
  • You have a reliable vehicle that will pass a company inspection, driver’s license and comprehensive insurance.

  • NDIS Worker Screening

Desired Qualifications and Experiences: 

  • Certificates, Licences, and 100 Points of Identification will be required at time of interview 
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an office Administrative Assistant or in a similar capacity
  • Experience with Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Friendly and well-presented
