Move Physiotherapy is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to work predominantly in our Booragoon branch.
This role is starting at approximately 30hrs/week, but can progress to greater hours/full time for the right candidate.
Main roles include:
- Reception duties – answering incoming calls and directing them accordingly
- Handing appointments (bookings via our Practice Management software Cliniko). Re-booking clients at the end of their appointments etc.
- Attending to queries both via email and office walk ins
- Meeting & greeting visitors to the office and advising relative staff member
- Team support – provide efficient and professional assistance to the team as required
- Admin duties, data entry, stationery order, filing, mail and courier management etc
- Keeping the general office, meeting rooms and kitchen and amenities areas clean and tidy and presentable
- Assistance with general office duties

Experience within a Physiotherapy clinic is preferred but not essential. You must have an understanding of Physiotherapy and the services offered at our clinic. This will assist you in directing phone enquiries and ensuring the right services are booked.

Our clinic hours are 7am - 7pm. This role will require hours to be worked between 8am and 6:30pm. We will work around you to ensure the roster reflects your desired hours, and can handle out of work commitments.
