What you need to bring to the position:
• Confidence in answering multiple phone calls at once, and speaking to clients appropriately
• Excellent customer service skills, communication skills and manners
• Focus to relay messages correctly and promptly
• Confidence to learn new computer skills and use new programs
• Ability to multitask and handle a busy situation is a must
• You must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to drive during the day
• Great time management skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• The ability to sort, organize and prioritize your workload
• An ability to accept change and take direction
• Strong risk management awareness for acting on challenging and unexpected situations
• A high level of written and computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, social media, internet, etc.
• Plenty of energy and enthusiasm and a willingness to be part of a larger team
• Experience in administration is preferred.
• Experience in real estate is a bonus but not a must.
