Position Overview: As a Front Desk Receptionist/ Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice while also driving our marketing initiatives forward. This multifaceted role encompasses various administrative tasks, patient scheduling coordination duties, and active involvement in the business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting or checking patients out, ensuring their need or appointments are met with care and efficiency
- Managing appointment schedules and coordinating with our dental team to optimise practice workflow
- Responding to new patients and existing patients inquiries via phone and email, and converting leads into active treatments through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Taking the lead in collaborating with our marketing agent, assisting in creating engaging content for social media and website and fostering meaningful interactions with our online community
- Collaborating with the team to develop and execute strategy to enhance patient engagement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients and practitioners to ensure a positive experience for all
Qualifications:
- Outgoing personality with a genuine enthusiasm for customer service and a knack for building rapport
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
