These multifaceted role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including:
- Efficiently managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing sale enquiries
- Conducting proactive follow-up calls to clients,
- Supporting the Principal and other office staff with necessary administrative tasks, fostering effective teamwork and synergy.
- Maintaining meticulous records of client interactions, transactions, and the progress of sales within the office.
Qualifications and attributes we value in candidates:
- Proven experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Demonstrated experience in the Real Estate or finance industry (advantageous).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, emphasizing a strong focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in multitasking and adeptness in prioritizing tasks within a dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Minimum High School diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus.
