- Processing Tenant's applications
- Screening Tenants
- Typing form 6's
- Rental Arrears
- Processing maintenance
- Data entry
- Database management
- Providing exceptional customer service to owners and tenants / follow up and clear communication
- Key management
- Liaising with contractors
- Monday - Friday only
- QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration IDEAL
- Australian drivers license
- Previous experience in Property Management DESIRED
- Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding organisation and time management
- Ability to deliver high-end customer service to guests, owners, and tenants
- Immaculate presentation
