The Role:
Directing & assisting with incoming calls
Meeting & greeting clients
Ad hoc reception duties
Assist property managers with admin needs including lease sign ups, rental packs and logging maintenance
Candidate Must Haves:
An outgoing personality with great energy
A proactive and whatever it takes attitude
Polished presentation
A certificate of registration or willingness to obtain immediately
Drivers licence and car
Great attention to detail
Previous experience in real estate or an office-based role
