As the first point of contact, this is a fast paced role supporting that will see you utilise your administration skills. We are seeking someone bright and bubbly to be the face of the business, welcoming all clients who do walk through the door. At the first point of contact, your day-to-day responsibilities will include both admin and sales support
- Provide full administration support to a small team of agents
- Answering the phones and handling enquiries
- Manage social media marketing
- Meeting & Greeting clients
- General support for the Sales & Property Management teams
