The Role

The Foot and Ankle Clinic has partnered with My FootDr, Australia's largest podiatry group we are seeking an experienced medical reception and retail sales professional to join our team in Sale.  There are endless development opportunities for the right person! 

Duties include but not limited to:

• Greeting and assisting clients in a friendly, caring and helpful manner, so that they feel welcome and comfortable
• Answering phones/emails promptly with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Opening and closing the clinic
• Managing patient bookings
• Data entry
• Patient billing and receipting
• Daily banking reporting
• Sterilisation of instruments
• Merchandising
• Footwear sales & inventory management

About you

To be successful in this role, we are seeking individuals who;

• Knowledge of the health sector and its billing processes
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with high attention to detail
• Availability to work Monday to Friday (including early and late shifts)
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
• Professional and well-presented image
• High level of computer skills
• Team Player with a "can do" attitude
• Previous retail experience, including footwear, will be treated favourably
• Previous experience within the Allied Health reception and patient care would be an advantage.
