Duties:
They need a high-energy, administrator with strong customer service capabilities. This is a pivotal role within the business where you will be responsible for inbound calls and responding to queries. Specifically:
- Resolve queries via phone and online chat
- Data entry of customer information
- Providing support to the BDM and Customer Success teams
- General office administrative and front of house duties
- Provide great Customer Support / service where needed
- Support with the ongoing idea and suggestions for streamlining and improvement
Specific requirements:
- Experience in a similar office / Customer Support role
- Be comfortable on the phones and articulate
- Have a naturally engaging style
- Enjoy being a part of a team and happy to demonstrate initiative
- Live within an easy commute of North Sydney
- Conveniently located on train & bus lines
