Position descriptionWe seek an enthusiastic PermanentPart-timeReceptionist/Data Entry to join our vibrant Laboratory at Calvary Hospital in Wagga Wagga. You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following:
- Data Entry
- patient accounts
- answering the telephone
- greeting patients and other associated duties
Ideal candidate
We are proud to say we have a learning and supportive environment therefore prior experience is not required. Full training will be provided. We are looking for the following:
- Is open to working a minimum of 20 hours, up to full time as needed. Monday to Friday, between 8am to 8pm and participation in the Saturday morning roster.
- Clear written and oral communication skills
- Be self-motivated, honest, reliable
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Neat personal presentation and a pleasant disposition under all circumstances are essential.
- Familiarity with medical terminology would be a distinct advantage.
