About us

Our Clinic provides assessments for children and adults with suspected ADHD. Our assessments are conducted using a combination of psychological testing and consultations. Our Clinic is dedicated to providing a best practice, professional and client-focussed service. We have a friendly team who value co-operation and positivity in the workplace. We have two positions available for an Administrative Assistant. Applicants must be available during the Clinic's business hours, 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. Days/hours negotiable.

Qualifications & experience

  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Customer focussed
  • Experience maintaining a client management system
  • Ability to prioritise work, initiative and good time-management and organisational skills
  • Must be able to work successfully as part of a team
  • Experience in a medical administration/reception role preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Reception duties
  • Creating and maintaining client files
  • Responding to client enquiries via email
  • Issuing assessments
  • Communicating with clients about the progress of their assessments
  • Booking client appointments
  • Assisting with preparation of reports
