Our Clinic provides assessments for children and adults with suspected ADHD. Our assessments are conducted using a combination of psychological testing and consultations. Our Clinic is dedicated to providing a best practice, professional and client-focussed service. We have a friendly team who value co-operation and positivity in the workplace. We have two positions available for an Administrative Assistant. Applicants must be available during the Clinic's business hours, 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. Days/hours negotiable.
Qualifications & experience
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word
- Excellent writing skills
- Customer focussed
- Experience maintaining a client management system
- Ability to prioritise work, initiative and good time-management and organisational skills
- Must be able to work successfully as part of a team
- Experience in a medical administration/reception role preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Reception duties
- Creating and maintaining client files
- Responding to client enquiries via email
- Issuing assessments
- Communicating with clients about the progress of their assessments
- Booking client appointments
- Assisting with preparation of reports
