The role:
- Meet and greet all clients
- Answer telephone calls and delegate all enquiries while documenting into the system
- Coordinate team meetings
- Ensure compliance with company group policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to Sales and Property Management
- Collecting Rental Payments and providing receipts
- Maintain office/staff supplies
- Assisting with management of all departments
- Ensure that meeting rooms and foyer are well presented at all times
- Banking and mail runs
The Person:
- Experience in a reception role is desired although not essential
- Fantastic written & communication skills
- Have great organisation skills and have the ability to prioritise
- High attention to detail
- Certificate of Registration required
- previous real estate experience preferred
