Our Client, an Ipswich-based Employer of Choice in the Not-for-Profit sector, is seeking a full-time Receptionist for an on-going role. This position could lead to a permanent position for the right person. Work hours will be 8.30 am to 4.30 pm from Monday to Friday with a commencement as soon as possible.
This is a busy, client-facing position so it is essential that applicants for this opportunity have a strong customer focus and a commitment to providing a quality service to vulnerable people.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients arriving for appointments.
- Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Completing opening and closing procedures for the Reception area.
- Ensuring waiting areas are welcoming and tidy.
- Scanning and uploading documents.
- General receptionist duties.
- A demonstrated ability to engage with people who have complex vulnerabilities
- Exceptional customer service ability, including being able to work with difficult clients
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role in a relevant industry or service
- Hold or be willing to apply for a Yellow Card.
