The role
We are a growing firm on the Sunshine Coast with a friendly, collegial and supportive environment. We are seeking a receptionist for a boutique legal office to undertake the following tasks:
- answering and directing incoming calls
- meeting and greeting clients
- keeping reception and conference room tidy
- distributing incoming mail
- Sending outgoing mail
- opening and closing files
- receipting payments to accounts
- banking
- ordering office supplies
The ideal successful applicant would:
- be friendly and professional
- have a strong work ethic
- be attentive and organised
- have good attention to detail
- hold a driver's licence
- have good communication skills
- work well in a team
- be committed to client service
