An exceptional opportunity for a Receptionist to add their poise, polish and professionalism to this highly regarded Law Firm based in the heart of Melbourne CBD.
Working on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and maintain a professional and welcoming reception area at all times. Apart from "meeting and greeting" clients, some of your other duties will include:
- answer and screen incoming calls
- manage meeting room bookings
- coordinate catering requirements
- mail distribution and manage courier bookings
- order stationery and kitchen supplies
- maintain deeds register and safe custody
- assist with events and seminars
- general administrative tasks including scanning, photocopying, printing and filing as required
• well-developed time management skills
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• a positive, pro-active and flexible team attitude
• proficient skills in MS Office
• a friendly, approachable and obliging manner
