Looking for an experienced receptionist who has 2 years minimum experience working as a receptionist/administration tasks.
The role will be 4 days a week on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
Candidate must have experience in working in an accounting firm.
As part of the Reception role, your duties will include but not limited to:
- Greeting and communicating with clients
- Booking appointments
- Answering phone
- Taking payment
- Office maintenance
- Scanning/Filing documents
- Mailing out
- Banking
- Assisting accountants with paperwork tasks
- Answer and distribute incoming calls and respond to email enquiries
- General administration and office upkeep.
