Receptionist

Titan Garages & Sheds is a leading supplier and manufacturer of a large range of garages, carports, farm buildings and light industrial steel buildings.

We are currently looking for an experienced mature Professional Receptionist to join our team.  This full time position is based at our Head Office at Crestmead.

Your duties include: (but not limited to):

• Screening and transferring incoming calls in a timely manner (it can be a juggle at times)
• Ensuring every customer who walks through the door feels welcome
• Mail in and out duties
• Organising couriers and deliveries
• Providing administration support with word processing, copying, scanning and filing to various departments of the company
• Assisting with administrative and clerical duties as required.

Essential Skills and Requirements you will bring to the role:

• Minimum five years experience in a similar position
• Exceptional customer service and organisation skills
• Outstanding communication skills both face to face and on the phone
• Immaculate personal presentation and a professional welcoming manner
• Intermediate computer skills and typing in Microsoft Office Suite
• Be able to work well under pressure and in a fast paced, often demanding environment
• Hold a current Qld Drivers Licence
• Looking for a permanent position as a career receptionist

This role is a full time role, working 38 hours a week. 

Salary will be based on skills and experience.
