AddressGranville Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy Centre is a well established Practice that has been operating in the local area for more than 35 years. We are seeking a new team member to cover a casual administrative position with an initial workload of 2 days Wednesday 12-6 and Friday 8:20-12:30.

The Role
The role will include:
- Greeting and directing patients
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries
- Processing payments for services and/or products
- Booking appointments and diary management
- Maintaining files and documentation
- Using programs for general admin duties such as Excel
Skills & Experience
- An enthusiastic, can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service
- Moderate to high computer skills
- The ability to multi-task as well as manage time effectively
Please Note: We are not accepting candidates who are currently studying due to availability issues.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
Cover Sick/holidays
Schedule:
- 8:30-12:30 Morning Shift
- 12-6 Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
