MTC Gas is a gas fitting and gas civil services business based in Brisbane's North. We are a rapidly growing company with 100+ staff including employees and subcontractors. Our clients include Gas Network owners and Gas suppliers with whom we have a long and trusted relationship. Our task is to ensure all our clients receive a safe and efficient service with a 24/7 response.
About the role
This position within our Administration Team will see you providing quality customer service and administrative support to our customers and internal stakeholders.
As receptionist, you will be MTC Gas’ first point of contact for all incoming calls and will be required to accurately direct calls to appropriate staff members. You will also provide general and ad hoc support to our administration team; reporting to the Office Manager.
Other tasks may include
- Running job reports
- Submitting backing documents for completed projects
- Updating and maintaining job progress notes
- Managing job permits
- Processing DBYG requests
- Scanning and filing of client and business related documentation

- Excellent communication
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Microsoft Office experience
