SalaryIn this role you will be responsible for however not limited to:
-Greeting patients
-Booking patient appointments
-Answering telephone calls and directing as appropriate
-Typing letters for doctors as requested
-Processing payments for the patients Medicare and Private Billings
-Providing general administration duties
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
-Mature and sensitive approach when dealing with the patients
-Previous reception experience essential within General Practice
-Experience with PracSoft
-Certificate III or above (medical)
-Ability to manage multiple tasks successfully
-A strong patient service focus
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Fluent English (Macedonian, Srbian or Croatian) an advantage
-Strong administration skills within the medical arena.
