- Permanent Part-Time (32 hours per week).
- Salary Classification: Administrative Officer Level 3 Year 1-2

About the role
The Administration Officer is responsible for processing billing, referrals, Dictaphone typing of patient letters, scheduling appointments and triaging for Medical Oncology patients.
Your main duties will include:
- Maintain referrals for all Medical Oncology patients.
- Ensure medical records are kept secure and complete.
- Accurate data entry into Patient Administration System
- Record and process billing for Medical Oncology patients.
About you:
- Demonstrated effective communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Medical terminology and Dictaphone typing at 50 words per minute.
- Computer literacy with accurate keyboard and data entry skills, including proficient Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven ability to work with limited supervision, meet competing deadlines and work proficiently in periods of high demand.
