Form of workReceptionist – Casual
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our team at our clinics located in Engadine and Woonona on a casual basis.
The successful candidate will be someone who is confident, has a willingness to learn, dynamic, brings a positive attitude and wants to grow and expand their skills within the company.
No experience in Radiology is necessary. However previous experience in Medical or leadership roles in hospitality/retail background is highly desirable. This position is suitable for someone looking for a start in the industry or a junior.
Please note: The hours and days will fluctuate from Monday to Friday - the candidate must be available from 8:30-5 (not currently in school).
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- General administrative duties including answering phone calls, handling all face to face patient registrations, bookings and requests, organising of daily tasks, determining patient preparations, operating our booking system, data entry, paperwork and other duties as directed by Management
- Liaising with medical professionals on a daily basis

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Multi-tasking: the ability to prioritise tasks and complete a variety of duties during a set day
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced team
- Flexibility with working hours and a willingness to learn and adapt the role
- Competency with computers and processes
