The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Receptionist/Office Coordinator to play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reception duties while also providing administrative support to various departments. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling conference rooms and arranging catering
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain office filing systems and electronic databases
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
