- Part time hours – school hours considered
- Salary $80K-$120K + super pro-rata, dependant on experience
- Modern executive offices in Subiaco

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide executive-level support to the Directors, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, and documentation.
- Supervise receptionist and ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Plan and execute company events and corporate functions.
- Support HR functions, including recruitment, induction, performance management, training, and workforce planning.
- Oversee HR policies, procedures, and employee onboarding / off-boarding.
- Assist in employee training and development plans.
- Ensure high standards of office maintenance and presentation.
- Coordinate monthly meetings. Invites, Calendar invites, Agendas etc.
Key Skills and responsibilities for this role:
- Certifications within Business Administrative Management
- Previous experience in an Executive Operations role, within Real Estate highly regarded
- Previous experience within HR processes
- Strong administrative skills and time management
