Your main job function is to answer incoming calls, and meet and greet visitors and clients. Other duties may include making tea and coffee; booking and setting up meeting rooms and boardrooms; coordinating couriers; in addition to other ad-hoc duties, as required. You will also be given the opportunity to assist with overflow legal secretarial work.
Your passion for working with people in a front-of-house role is critical. You will also be a person who loves to go above and beyond, exceeding customer expectations wherever possible. You will also be corporately groomed, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Other key requirements are as follows:
- You will have sound typing skills;
- A sound knowledge of MSWord;
- exceptional organisational and time management skills;
- keen listening skills.
